Dear Members,

Greg Komashko (Three Swans) is no longer able to serve on the AABBI Board, please join me in thanking Greg for his contributions to the Board's work and in wishing him well with his future endeavors.

Greg's depature has created a vacancy on the Board, for the unexpired portion of his term, that we would like to fill.  The position is open to a representative from a member inn and we request all interested parties to contact the undersigned, by phone or email, no later than May 9, 2012.   The Board will then promptly consider, select and appoint a new director from those candidates.

The next AABBI Board meeting is scheduled for June 13 in Phoenix and we would like the new director to attend and participate in that meeting.
