The Inn & Suites

Situated on over one acre, 32 beautiful palms, fruit trees, blooming shrubs, feature planters and hand crafted arbors with ever blooming bougainvillea, decorate the grounds. The swimming pool and waterfalls create a beautiful sound and a relaxing mood for swimmers or sunbathers on the deck. A gazebo and hotub can be a welcome relief after day of shopping or hiking! Our many fountains, patios and walkways create intimate spots for conversation, reading or relaxing.

As an “all suite” Inn, Maricopa Manor is unique among B&B’s. Our seven individually designed and beautifully appointed suites allow our guests to enjoy the pleasures of a “boutique style” hotel but on an intimate scale. Our spacious suites each have private entrances, gracious living rooms, and all the amenities you would expect. Breakfast Basket

The day begins with breakfast delivered to your door at the time you choose. The basket includes a variety of breakfast fare, fruit, juice and beverages, complete with dishes and silverware. Some guests enjoy breakfast in their suite and others take advantage of the private patios and our gorgeous Arizona mornings. Our guests tell us that the flexibility of enjoying breakfast when ever you like in their own private setting “is the best part of staying at the Manor”. We agree!

Business Friendly

Traveling for business, break the “suite hotel” routine and stay with us, as hundreds of business guests have. Spacious suites with meeting areas, equipped kitchenette, desks, private entrances, available conference room plus our easy to find location just north of downtown all add a unique and exclusive touch to your business trip or meeting. Wired high-speed internet outlets, private phone lines and cable with premium channels are in every suite. Business Center Services including computer access, fax, copy, and mailing are also available. The “Pasadena Suite”, with spacious living room, kitchenette, meeting space, bedroom and private carport parking and entrance, was designed and just totally renovated especially for our business guests. We add no “extra” charges and have special rates for business too!

History

Our name, Maricopa Manor, pays tribute to the Native American tribe which inhabited these lands together with the Pima (River People) long before the Apache, the Spanish, the Mexican or the Anglos settled here. The Manor House was built in 1928 as a country retreat, at that time more than five miles north of Phoenix. In 1989 The Manor House and adjoining guesthouses were converted to become the first bed and breakfast inn approved and licensed by the City of Phoenix. We have enjoyed welcoming guests to the “Valley of the Sun” for nearly 15 years.

Located in beautiful North Central Phoenix, we are easy to find, just a few minutes from the intersection of Central Avenue and Camelback Road. Guests can walk to Uptown Plaza with its boutique shops, antique malls, restaurants and a world class supermarket. Our central location makes for an easy drive to dozens of our famous attractions; shopping areas, historic districts, museums, hiking trails, sightseeing and unsurpassed mountain views, yet downtown and the central business district are also close by.
