Each morning as you awaken, you will rejoice that you are staying at “Dunn’s Way”. The aroma of coffee and a delicious, scrumptious breakfast will hurry you to a beautifully set table.

ROOMS AND AMENITIES

We have two beautiful rooms with sitting areas, full private baths with tub and shower, walk-in closets with plush robes and slippers, and secondary private entrances. Each room has a private patio with comfortable chairs, overlooking the scenic Tucson valley. Both baths come stocked with all the amenities of a luxury resort, including a hair dryer, toothbrush and toothpaste.
The El Cuarto Lujoso room has a queen-size bed, imported rug, cane chairs and table. The colors are thistle, lime green and peach.
The Fiesta room has a trundle bed, which can become a king-size bed, two twin beds or a single bed. The Fiesta room is smaller and is recommended for a single guest. Its colors are brown, cream, green, and lavender.
Both guest rooms have a fully stocked refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and everything necessary for a tasty, healthy continental breakfast.
Each room receives fresh fluffy towels and room touch-up daily.
Both rooms have color TV’s with cable, phones, and clock radios.
The daily newspaper is provided in the Great Room.

Room rates include a warm, healthy, delicious breakfast served from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. in our Great Room. You may elect to enjoy a continental breakfast in your room or on your private patio.

To help you relax at the end of a busy day, at 6:30, we will serve you a refreshing beverage and Hors’doeuvres.

First night’s deposit required if staying 3 nights or less. 50% if staying 4 nights or more.
Payment in full at check-in. Refunds given if cancellation is made 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. No refunds thereafter. A $15 handling fee is charged for cancellations.

“Dunn’s Way” was specifically designed for the mature adult. Because of our location, high on a hillside, our accommodations are not conducive for the handicapped, children or pets. “Dunn’s Way” is Non-Smoking!

DIRECTIONS

From Interstate I-10, your exit is Speedway. Whether you are traveling from the east or the west, exit at Speedway. Travel west on Speedway, (Speedway becomes Gates Pass). Once on Gates Pass, you will pass the International Wildlife Museum. Check your odometer. Exactly one half mile past the museum, on your left, turn onto Via Scaramuzzo, a dirt road. Keep bearing right until you come to a paved driveway. You are now at “Dunn’s Way”.
