The Pleasant Street Inn Bed and Breakfast, Prescott Arizona

The name is charming and so is the inn. In addition to the perfect Prescott loction, it was completely renovated in 1990 and redecorated with comfort in mind in 2007. The Pleasant Street Inn is a delightful bed and breakfast which offers visitors to the high desert a place to kick back and enjoy a few days' respite from their busy world.

Guests are treated to bright, spacious, air-conditioned rooms with rich, traditional furnishings, wall-to-wall carpeting, ceiling fans and private bathrooms. The living room is appointed with a fireplace and comfortable seating areas. Outside, the inviting front and side porches are arranged with cozy wicker furnishings, providing guests with a quiet place to relax.

A full breakfast is served each morning in the dining room or on the outside covered porch.

GUESTROOMS and RATES:

The Pine View Suite
This large romantic upstairs suite has a living room with bay windows, fireplace and sleeper sofa. The beautifully appointed bedroom has a king-size bed and a large private bathroom with double sinks and combination tub/shower.

The Terrace Suite
The elegant downstairs suite has a living room with a sleeper sofa and a connecting private covered deck, perfect for enjoying the summer breezes. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and private bathroom with combination tub/shower. Rate: $150.00

The Garden Room
This cheerful upstairs corner room has white wicker furnishings to remind you of an English garden, with queen-size bed and private bathroom with shower. Rate: $125.00

The Prescott Room
The bright and sunny upstairs corner room with a view of the tree covered mountains, has a king-size bed and private bathroom with shower, across the hall from the room. Rate $125.00

The rates are based on single or double occupancy and include a full hot breakfast. Tax is not included. There is a $15.00 charge for each additional person over two in the suites.

Sorry, children under 12 yrs. old and pets are not accepted. This is a non-smoking inn, however, smoking is allowed on the Terrace Suite private deck as well as the side porch.

LOCATION:
The Pleasant Street Inn is located three blocks east of the Courthouse Plaza and one block south of Gurley Street at the intersection of Pleasant and Goodwin.
