Hikes along the San Pedro River feature towering cottonwood trees, numerous birds (over 390 resident and migratory species - fully half of the species of birds in N. America, many butterflies and dragonflies.

Stay in air conditioned comfort in the summer - and realize that our 4250' elevation keeps us about 20 degrees cooler in the summer than Phoenix. This region is known for its mild summers, dramatic 'monsoon' (afternoon rains) in the summer, and 350 days of shirtsleve weather.

New in 2004 will be a lap pool and hot tub for guests to enjoy. So take a long hike, climb the nearby canyons, tour Bisbee and shop till you drop, and then come home to the Casa for a relaxing swim or hot tub.

Breakfasts are always dramatic - featuring home baked muffins, fresh fruit, and satisfying main courses. Our coffee from the Bisbee Coffee Company draws rave reviews. We also adapt our recipes to fit most dietary needs as required.

Afternoon snacks of fresh baked pies, cobblers, brownies and cookies delight our guests as they come back from their treks.
