Hacienda Awards worth noting:  Most Privacy, Best Wildlife Viewing, Best Interior Design & Decor, One of Best B & B's in Arizona

Enjoy the flavor of a historic Spanish hacienda in a peaceful, secluded desert setting on 16 acres with mountain views attractive to nature lovers and romantics alike.  Hike, bird watch, pamper yourselves under the stars in one of our spas, or relax with a good book on one of our patios or porches in a garden environment.

Location:  Near Saguaro National Park East, just minutes from restaurants and shopping, but a world away from the pressures of everyday life.  This adobe Territorial style home is built around a Spanish style courtyard with fountain and flowers.  The large back porch has an outdoor living room from which to enjoy the extensive garden.

Accommodations: Four spacious luxury accommodations each have, private baths, private entrances, ornate antique heating stoves for cool evening ambiance, and more. Three have kitchenettes.  Each accommodation is distinctively decorated, incorporating modern conveniences and comforts with antiques, Mexican folk art, and  paintings.   From the time you enter our Hacienda, we strive to provide the very best in service and comfort.  Visit our website to see pictures and descriptions of each accommodation and our gardens.

Wildlife & Gardens: Birders, largely due to our many feeders and garden plants, have identified 51 different types of birds at the Hacienda. Javalina, our wild peccaries, also visit daily. A  nature trail on the property has  been developed for those guests who are not avid hikers but who want to experience a desert walk. Guests are provided a booklet which identifies many of the native Sonoran desert plants found on the property, identifies the birds found here, and explain the habits of our Javalina.

Massage: Call ahead to arrange a luxurious massage.

Day trips: can be taken to Nogales, Mexico;   Tombstone and Bisbee; Wine Country; Tubac; world renowned birding areas, and Kartchner Caverns.  Let us help you plan your time in the area.
